Please be sure to carefully read BloomGang terms and policy conditions to ensure that you understand before setting up a session.

  BloomGangs Terms of Service

Your appointments are very important to the Bloom team. They are reserved especially for you. We understand sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. For next day appointments we request a cancellation or reschedule within 12 hours.
Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services. Therefore, we have a strictly enforced 24-12 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Please note, as of 10/21/2021 the following cancellation/missed appointment policy is in effect

 Confirmation of Appointment

Clients receive email or text message appointment reminders. These reminders are set up through the client profile in the Bloom booking system. These reminders are sent out 2 days(48 hours) before the appointment time.
We confirm by email or text from our online appointment scheduling software because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment booked serval months or weeks ago. From this confirmation email, you have the option of the following at no charge.
• Confirm your appointment
• Reschedule/change/ modify your appointment
• Cancel your appointment
• Inform by email to any changes or problems
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and times to prevent any missed appointments, which will result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us 1 day before your appointment is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment. We send reminders as courtesy, but clients are responsible to keep or cancel their appointment regardless of whether they receive a reminder or not.
A link to automatically upload the appointment to your calendar is provided on every electronic confirmation.

 Late Cancellation or Missed Sessions 

We understand that occasional missed appointments can occur for a variety of reasons. When you miss an appointment without canceling, someone else who could have been seen in your place is delay unnecessarily. A “No Show/Late Cancellation” is defined as missing an appointment without notifying at least 24 hours before scheduled time. There will be a charge for a missed or non-cancelled appointment.

 Appointment Grace Period

If you are running late for any reason, you have 15 minutes to attend your appointment. After exactly 15 minutes without contact, your appointment is considered cancelled and missed which will be followed by the policies stated above and a cancellation fee will be charged.

Late Arrival To Session

If you arrive late to your appointment, you will receive the service time that is available. For example, if you have a 30-minute appointment and attend 10 minutes late, the allotted time you have left is 20 minutes. Please be sure that you are verifying your date and time for your appointments.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation Fees are based on the sessions you book. If you do not cancel within 24 hours or 12 hours for next day sessions of your appointment, the cancellation fee will be the cost of booking. For example, if you booked a 30-minute session, the price of the session will be the cancellation fee. If you cancel before 24 or 12(next day sessions) hours of your appointment, you will be fully refunded the booking cost.

Agreement

Booking your session confirms that you have read and understood the terms and conditions stated in BloomGangs policy may that apply to you.
